Ah, Day 4 has been much less painful. Yay! I'm not sure how long I should stay on Level 1. Definitely a few days more, at least. I like knowing that there are still 2 different workouts I haven't tried yet.
Going to try to get up early in the morning for Day 5 - I want to go to Zumba tomorrow night, and I don't really want to have all my workout stuff jammed into the evening before weigh-in.
I can't wait to see what happens by the end of the month!
