I do well with choosing a healthy and (usually) filling breakfast. I try to pack my lunch for work, so lunch is usually good. I have trouble, though with the afternoon snacks.
We have tons of unhealthy food laying around at work, and that's about the time I start snacking.
I know I need to plan ahead and bring my own snacks, but not sure what to bring.
One of my goals this week will be to stock up on healthy snack options in the office.
