I did half of my commitment. thats 6 days of walking. But now I am ready for more and going to do it all this time and also add in 2 days of other exercise (Curves or Zumba) I just got to emoticon

    As i always say Kick it up a notch! Thats what im trying to do this week! This is the first time ever i kept pushing on even if i didnt lose, its for our health we need to keep going!
