Autumn has finally broken -my favorite time of year!
Along with outdoor activity friendly temperatures and the time change welcomed by all of us night people, I've started tutoring a 2nd ESL class, now 4 nights a week. It's incredibly rewarding and has helped fill my social life back up.
But I recognize that it is in addition to demanding projects at work that still need to be done, squeezed in betweeen vacation time I'm determined to take. It's going to require serious organization to keep me prepared and committed to a healthy routine.
I ordered fruit of the month club to have fresh variety sent to my door, and mapped out a schedule that puts me first with morning walks in the park before the day can intrude, and winding down the night with a short bout on the treadclimber before a lavender bath and bed. Logging exercise and food on my iPad is a challenge on the Sparkpeople site, so I'm doing that on MyFitnessPal.
Wish me luck as I have my sights on seeing my weight start with a 1 again before 2012!
