I started with a new Internet Provider at the end of October and have experienced some good and some bad. The surfing is intermittent at this time so I am limited in what I can get done daily.
Going back to Satellite is not an option because doing so would cost me another $500 since they made me return the equipment. They really don't think ahead or they would have the customers hang onto the equipment for a couple of months "just in case".
I just wanted to explain why I might not seem to be as supportive as in the past - it is difficult when I can have an entire day with no connection. Just logging everything daily is a chore these days.
I am still here and willing to help all I can.
