It has been awhile!
Finally i had a talk with self and this is how it went....
Self I am really proud of all the accomplishments you have made in your career and reaching all the goals you have met this year
But I have a question.....
What the heck is going on?
I mean I have watched you stop more than once in a fast food joint....
I thought we gave up Processed food and all that Addictive Garbage!!!
Lets be frank, you know that you have picked up a few pounds, and you know the reason is stress eating. Don't you think it's time to get a grip?
I'm not trying to tell you you failed at anything, but I want you to remember how Great you felt when you were planning exercise into you day, and avoiding all that processed food. You felt Amazing!
You ARE Amazing!
Just look at all you have done!
But it's time!
We really HAVE to get a grip on this.
I mean it's your Health we are talking about here!
I Love you and Want you to live a Great Healthy Life, and for a very Long Time
So What do ya say?
I say, it's Back to the Basics.......
And I even wrote down 3 simple goals for you!
Here they are, the baby steps to commit to again....
Just 3 Simple things to start with nothing more.....
1) ALWAYS track your food
2) Read something Motivational EVERY Day!
3) 10 Minutes of exercise EVERY SINGLE DAY
You can do it!
Heck You've done it before!!!
You have done more than that.......WAY more......but that is all you have to do right now!
Remember the habits, the good habits Sparkpeople has taught you, remember how that Spark felt.......
Feel the Spark!
