Well after all that halloween candy, yes we get it sent to us in Afgansitan, lol i have been talked into a Body for Life challenge per say, i am gonna try strength training portion, change my cardio because everyone here that thinks thier a fitness buff, says 60 min is too long on the treadmill. BUT i like the 60 min.! The strength training part is brutal so since it is my first day i am gonna see what i can accomplish with staggered weights. so i am sure i will modify it so i dont kill myself in the first day. The clean diet is really hard here, so all i can do is really watch portion control. Plus i am trying to ween myself off of sweets and just make it a treat item. My weight has stalled for the moment, but i am not detered!!! if you dont hear from me in a while, it means i am in a muscle coma!! lol EVERYONE trying, keep going, everyday adds up!
