So today I am taking the time to put together some motivational tools for me. I redid my goals last night and so I am taking those and putting them into a checklist.
Things like "Run 3X a week" and "Drink 8 glasses of water a day" That kind of thing. Then I am going to print them up index card size so I can carry them everywhere with me. I might find I have to redo them after a week, but the last time I did a check list it worked wonders with setting up habits and getting myself into the groove.
I am also taking these checklists to another level of motivation. Every time I hit all my checks for a week I am going to add a dollar to my reward I have for hitting my goal weight. Also some other ones too. If I hit all of the checklists and the "funding" checks, I should have a pretty good fund for my reward. Which is a trip overseas. I have never been out of the country so I think that going where I have always dreamed of would be a great motivator for me to work towards. Plus I would be going at my goal weight so I could go and look great at the same time.
