Far too often small changes tend to go unnoticed but today I am acknowledging those baby steps and giving myself a pat on the back as you should too :)
*eating half of my lunch (saving calories for happy hour tonight but still making healthy decisions!)
*drinking eight 8 oz glasses of water everyday
*waking up 10 minutes early this morning to do my ab workout
*taking the stairs instead of the elevator at work
*substituting 2% full flavor latte to nonfat half the flavor latte at Starbucks
Happy Friday! Celebrate the victories, even if they are small.
