My first weigh- in and I lost 4.5 pounds! I used my new Fitbit and that kept me walking all week. I set my goal to 10,000 steps and I'm such a geek, I love seeing my progress on my iPad and iPhone every day. (Many times a day!)
I decided to keep my calories at 1200 a day. I don't usually drink a lot of water, usually my first choice is Diet Pepsi, but drinking 64 oz's a day of water, I found that I've only been drinking 1 can of soda.
I can't wait to get my first 5 pound reward!
