SooOOooOoooo.. I didn't do as well in October as I hoped- but I'm not letting the little progress I did make feel like nothing.
Here's to starting November with a good attitude..
I CAN achieve my goals.. I CAN get where I want to be..but I MUST work at it every day with NO MORE excuses!
Been doing 30 day shred.
Out of the past 17 days I've done 12 days (skipped 5). Although I have not been seeing weight differences I see differences in my pants! Losing inches is an accomplishment too!
Been tracking my food too... It helps sooo much!
I need to stop relying on the scale for my success indicator!
Soo Started the month
After 2 weeks of maintaining 169.4 I'm FINALLY under!!
Always remembering what I'm thankful for!
