I wish I could write about what's bothering me, but I don't know who could read it and I hate those passive-aggressive internet idiots and I never want to be one, so I have to keep my mouth shut to maintain my class and maturity. Small price to pay.

Suffice to say I've had a tough week. Personal stuff.

I haven't worked out since Saturday. This is the worst I've done since August 21. I had such a nice streak going and I let stupid stuff wreck it.

I haven't tracked my food... I haven't really hogged out either, but even so. Tracking is important.

Friday's the start of a new week for me so I really don't see any better time to get myself under control.

Anyone want to text me today around 5PM and remind me to get my butt in gear?

    so sorry! I would have texted you!! lol But I was on a field trip to a training class at UMBC yesterday so I didn't get a chance to get online to see your blog :( Hope you pull out of your funk!

    I'm sorry. Anger is a huge stress eating trigger for me but whenever I force myself to work out, I always feel calmer afterwards. There is also not a thing wrong with giving somebody a piece of your mind (respectfully but emphatically, of course).
