Still loosing but not weighing

Missing all my friends and wondering how many are still here. I've discovered if I stay off the computer, I do much better with not overeating. I'm not weighing either, but have gone down a few sizes. Lately I've had trouble with not eating enough, so I decided to visit spark at least a few days a week to put in my food and track my nutrients.

    I just started checking in myself. I have been going the opposite way. I have not been writing it down or paying attention and found I have gone up in weight. So I started checking in to start logging food just this week to try to get my mind and body going in the right direction.

    I am glad you have checked in - you have been missed. And congratulatons on being down a few sizes. It is important to find a plan that works for you, and you seem to be doing great.

    I am split. But, usually I get information here that is helpful. So I stick with it. I hope that you find a balance that works for you.

I do miss hearing how you are doing every once in a while.

    Good for you. You have to do what you are comfortable with and as long as you are seeing results go for it......
