Day 3 and 4

Day 3 started out alright. It was super busy though. I left my room at 7:30 in the morning and did not get back once until about 11pm. So I didn't end up doing strength training. Despite it being one of those days that I am suppose to do it. I also was a little over on my calories. I am finding it hard to know exactly the portion size that I am getting and how to track it. I mean meals on campus are homemade but pre-made and buffet style.

Day 4 is going well. Besides having to read a whole book tonight, but this is because I am such a procrastinator. Tisk-tisk on me. But I got up early and was on time to meet my friend to go walk our mile in the morning. I am glad I have her to keep me motivated. Plus we cut down our time by 3 minutes. emoticon Plus I stayed in my ranges for food. My medication is starting to work and the side effects were a little less today. Yay! Blood sugar going down and staying down.
