Well, I'm a few days late writing this and updating things, but here it is.
Lost 3.5 lbs in October (plus the last week of September). Not spectacular, but still off to a great start, I think. I ended 1.5 lbs short of my first mini-goal (of many to come). But, I think taking this a few pounds at a time is a good way to go. So, everything is now set up for my second mini-goal: 5 lbs lost in November. Going to try harder to eat better (and track it!), and be more consistent with exercise. This is going to take a lot of work, this time of year. What with all the holidays and traveling and what-not. But hey, if I can do it now, it should be cake once the crazy is over, right?
