Week 15

Well, this is going to be a really quick blog for me, I have to at least do this weekly or I think I will spiral out of control and get back into old habits.I am working extra hard these days, still doing my 2 hours a day but figured out that if i only go for 30 minutes in the evening, i am able to get a good night sleep without looking at my eyelids all night.I lost a pound since last week and hoping to loose another this week, I finally invested in a new pair of running shoes , and they are comfortable than ever!!I am thinking of looking for a rowing machine to add in my fitness.I do a lot of reading on spark and think that I can benefit from one, so I am thinking about getting one.I have started another 5 pound challenge for the month, I think committing to these small challenges is going to help me by seeing it written down,it will keep in control.As for my diet, i am still into my apples, but because i love the fruit n yogurt parfaits from mcdonalds so much,I have been making my own this week and they are helping to control my temptation away from my kids Halloween candy..And I haven't got into their bags yet, i know a couple snack size wont do any harm, I read the spark articles, But i think one will lead to 2 , then 3 and so on.so i am completely staying away from it no matter how much i want them. I hope next week will be another blog like this and report that i maintain control, and confident that I will...Have a healthy rest of the day!!!!

    So proud of you! If you haven't already, try greek yogurt (Fage is my favorite brand) in your fruit n yogurt parfait. I find the extra protein more satisfying. You're doing great! I'm glad you found a balance between sleep and exercise.
