Self, when you wake up with legs screaming in pain from your last workout, making it difficult to go down stairs, IGNORE the voice telling you it would be a good idea to set the incline on the treadmill at 4 to work the kinks out. If you don't, you will be in even more pain two hours later than when you started. :P

    I can hear your muscles screaming in pain from here. You are going to be all kinds of sore tomorrow! I suggest a nice warm soak in some Epsom salt eater and massage those legs. Awesome job!!
