Making habits... again

I have really fell off the exercise band wagon for the past... hmmm... year I would say. I met my goal and then really started slacking when It comes to working out. I use to be in a routine, I use to get up every morning and just do at least 30 min to an hour of working out automatically. Now I am lucky if I get in 30 - 60 min a week.
I started this journey taking small steps, so I will try that again.
I got up this morning and did 20 min on the elliptical and my plan is to do 20 min every morning for the next week, then I will slowly add in more. I also want to get all my healthy things in like 8 glasses of water and 5 servings of fruit or veggies daily. The fruit and veggies are no problem, I get way more than that each day but the water has always been a challenge for me.
Keep me accountable people. I need a kick in the pants. lol. I will try my best to be the one doing the kicking.
