Well I've Been Doing Great!! Tracking My Food...Making It To The Gym Almost Everyday && Even Getting In A Little Bit Of My Sparkpeople CardioBlast Jumpstart Dvd...I Feel Amazing...I've Lost 36lbs So Far And Im Still Going! Eating More Fruits And Veggies, Drinking More Water, Being More Active. Its Amazing To Me..I've Lost This Much And I Can't Even Tell Myself..I Don't See A Difference...Only In The Size Of My Jeans. Im Just Ready To See A Whole New Me. Skinny Me!

So As Of Nov 1, 11....My Current Weight Is 232 && For The Month Of November Im Going To Try To Lose A Good 15lbs. Thats My Goal Anyway...And Im Going To Give It My All! Even If I Don't Make It, Some Progress Is Better Than None At All, Right?!

    You have done amazing thus far! 36 Lbs, that is impressive! Even if you don't meet 15 Lbs, any weight loss should be looked upon as an accomplishment! Keep up the great work, you'll get to your goal.

    I believe you will do it. You are so determined. But if something does happen and you are off by a few lbs it's not big deal so long as you don't give up is the important thing.
