I am not in that category.

I would not, however, want to experiment with a drug that would kill any cells that would normally help me to age.

I would hate to be accused by God with messing with His creation and fooling with His design.

I don't know that I would want to look like I am still 22 at age 82 anyway. It just seems wrong somehow.

I was reading one of the health new articles, that's what got me started on this.

On a side note, will be so glad when this session of Aunt Flo is over! I have never ruined so many clothes. :( Maybe working out at the intensity that I did was a bad idea. I felt good after it was over each time, though, so yes I will be doing it again tomorrow :)

It would be nice if I didn't have to wear a diaper tomorrow :/

Diaper.....yup, I've been that desperate just before a board meeting that was to start at 7 pm after working all day in the office since 8 am that day. It was the only thing I had left and available; my grandson's diaper that I kept in my car for an emergency for him, and it got me through the meeting. He will be 10 on New Year's Day. We (DH and I) still laugh now about that day.

I've been in that heavy flow situation every month for the past decade, and it's no fun at all. Fibroid tumors are causing my heavy flow, and wearing overnight pads all day is the alternative to the hysterectomy surgery that is the popular choice for others. Both of my older sisters had the surgery, but I chose not to have the surgery and to endure the consequences. The big orange overnight Always with wings are my go-to for the daytime, and I've run through 6 or 7 on a really bad day. The super big purple ones, with a beach towel wrapped around my waist, has worked well at night and saved my bed sheets numerous times. It took me awhile to get this adjustment of products that work, so I hope it helps you too.

Be watchful for anemia, however, and keep your iron intake up to compensate. Like you, I choose to leave these things to God over surgery. Perhaps this suffering here on earth will shorten my sentence in purgatory.

aging isn't bad. i think it is a blessing. it's just the advertisers and promoters that want everyone to think that life is over at 40. i love where i am now and would not want to be anywhere else
