just don't feel it!

What do you do when you just don't feel like going on anymore. I mean I hate this feeling that things seems so hopeless!! I don't have no spark, no desire and just not motivated! I wish I knew how to bring things back together. Looking at my life, there is not too many things that I stick to! I just want to find a groove where I can keep things going. I have no peace or happiness in my heart right now and so worried that I will not find it! Anyone out there with suggestions.. Pleaseeeeeeeee...

    I find that writing the Spark blog helps me be "honest" with my self. I'm a closet binger so it's been hard to open up to people and share. The support on here is awesome and it's felt world wide! Grab the advice, tips and comments and hold them tight! It's worth logging in everyday but most of all, YOU'RE worth it!!

    You've received so much good advice...and glad to hear that you are adding them to your journey. They all demand that you create some ME time, slowing things down so you can see the trees in the forest. My journal has become my BFF and pointed me towards better prioritizing my life. I'm sending you an article I found on SP, which I had heard before, but with my desire to lead a healthier lifestyle it really hit home. So many things are in our life that make us feel there's not enough time to do them when it looks like everyone else can. What's the matter with us? The answer is NOTHING is wrong with us only there are activities on your TO DO list stressing you that don't belong there. I hope the article helps you as much as it did me.     Take some time to meditate...away from everything AND everyone...if only for a couple of hours...go to a park, rent a room, etc. just to be alone with your own thoughts....then just start 'venting', crying or whatever you need to do to get your emotions out...sometimes we just need an outlet without judgement, advice, etc....being alone with God will help you clear your mind AND bring you closer to Him!

    For me I find comfort in writing out my feelings. You wouldn't think but it takes some of the anxiety away and after a good nights sleep the answers are clearer. Take a deep breathe and find a way to empty your head. Soon you will come up with a action plan.

    I find peace sitting on the porch. And working on a project.
    At first I'm rather frustrated but the more my hands are finding what goes where I soon calm down and begin to see a difference. Pretty soon life isn't so gloomy and becomes more manageable.
