New Year's Resolution: COMPLETE!

Today, as I was doing my strength training exercises, I remembered the resolution I made last January: to do five pushups. I decided I would try and see my progress. I got down on the ground, put my hands into position, and, to my surprise, I was able to push myself up easily! Well, maybe VERY easily, but still, I could do it with a lot less effort than all those months ago. I decided to go ahead and try for a total of five and BAM! I did it!!!

I even tried again and did five more! They aren't the best looking pushups, but I can tell that I have progressed a ton. I was pretty surprised. I hurried to tell my mom, but she didn't have as much excitement as I did. Haha! I was worried I wouldn't even accomplish my resolution before this January, but I even have months to spare. Now, I can work on my form, and continue toning my triceps. I think what especially helped was my new job, which requires me to lift heavy boxes.
