Hello there spark people. Not too sure who reads this, but I figured I'd give an update.
I have come to realize the winter is harder to diet than in the summer because summer is hotter when I don't feel like eating much, the winter I feel hungry all the time!!
I have winter goals also!! as much as I'd love to get in 6 to 8miles a day, (what I have been squeezing in, and thankful for) it's just not possible with 17degree weather and snow blowing every where! So my snow goals are at least a mile in the morning and a mile at night for a total of 2 or 3 miles a day! Write more later when I have a chance!
I also feel inspired to write, and help anyone who needs a friend to listen, I found my walking and losing weight possible thru daily motivation! and staying that way each and every day, not looking at a whole month or year is too much time!
I started out on map my walk, with the easy 26.5mile goal for a month and made my way to over 3,000miles up to this year!!
