One year at camp the theme for the summer was "No Slackers" The picture was the word slackers in black letters and a big red crossed out circle over the top (like a no smoking sign). We had so much fun with that theme. Though I personally think the "Holy Sweat" theme was more entertaining.
I think about the "No Slackers" theme now as I'm working through one of the hurdles of weight loss. I passed the first hurdle of boredom about a month ago. Mostly by blogging, and making the tracking an adventure.
Now I'm reaching the "it's too much work/I don't have enough time" hurdle.
I want to nip this thing in the bud--partly because I don't want to gain back any of the weight I've already lost, and partly because I am heading into my busiest season. If I can keep up momentum during Christmas, I can keep it up any time.
So, I'm back. On track. Ready to get this thing. This really is the most weight I've ever lost. I've found a program that works, I am going to go all the way. I am going to reach a healthy weight for the first time in my adult life. This is it. No going back. NO SLACKERS!
