I'm very frustrated with myself, I am very committed to walking on my treadmill every day, I wish I could be that committed to not eating crap or over eating.

I'm fine all day till supper which I over eat on a regular basis and after 8 pm snack attack (sweet or salty) some times both.

diet is my biggest issue by far!

    Sounds like the No S Diet is PERFECT for you. Practice the No S and you will end overeating, snack attack, and sweets.
