I made 3 goals for myself in October:
Goal 1: Stick with tracking everything I eat through Sparkpeople Monday-Friday throughout October.
****UPDATE**** I did OK with this, but not great. I did better for Breakfast and Lunch, but dinner was less fantastic. I ate out more than I planned-and didnt make very good choices when I did.
Goal 2: Add back 2 extra workouts in my week that do not include derby.
****UPDATE**** Total Failure--I did not work out one extra time all of October.
Goal 3: See a positive physical change (either in clothes, the way I feel or on the scale)
****UPDATE**** I did go a little lower on the scale, so let's call this somewhat met--and, I felt pretty good every time we did off skates this month.
In the end, October was not a great success. I am just going to have to look forward towards November. I am going to keep these goals through November.
My plan for November will include that "special" days only last for one day--so, my birthday and Thanksgiving are both one day deals where I won't track. That doesn't mean ALL OF THANKSGIVING WEEK or three days of birthday celebrations.
