I really have no excuse not to exercise. I have plenty of ammunition in my arsenal. The only thing holding me back is laziness.
I have (almost) new running shoes.
I have 2 working legs & knees (a little sore sometimes, but if I dropped some pounds, that would probably fix that problem.)
I have a great neighborhood to walk in. Weather an issue?
I have a membership to an indoor walking/running track.
I have warm clothes for cold Chicago days.
I have plenty of dvd's for those days that aren't so nice.
I have plenty of Wii games to keep me active. EA sports active, Wii fit, Dance dance something.... and others.
I have a hula hoop and an indoor spot big enough to do it in.
I have a dvd to go along with the hula hoop.
I have a balance ball and a dvd to go with it.
I have all sorts of sporting equipment. Basketball, volleyball, baseball, football, tennis rackets etc. (Let's get the kids involved.)
I have a resistance band.
I have just acquired a heavy bag for boxing.
I have a dog that I should be walking.
I have children that I need to set an example for.
I have a husband that loves and cares for me no matter what my size. He wants me to be healthy.
What is holding me back? Laziness. Pure and simple.
