Had a GREAT workout this morning! Increased my speed in 35 minutes I ran 3.56 miles! 20 minutes on the bike and 30 on the elliptical! Feeling AWESOME! I also wanted to take a look back at the month and share some ups and downs and also my goals for November!!
I was at 212lbs. I decided to set my goal at 8-12 lbs by the end of the month and well...today is the last day and 6.6 lbs gone. I am a little disappointed in myself because last week I was at 204.4 which would have put me a LOT closer to my goal range but I was bad this weekend and that's what happens. However I still got rid of 6+ lbs! And I am so much closer to the fantabulous One-derland.
Really though, I'm not that upset over it because I feel like I've done very well this last month. I got my groove back and started seeing the lbs disappear again, and it doesn't have to be over 2 or more lbs all the time, because it has added up. Example, June, I started a new spreadsheet to help me focus again. Since then I've lost 14.4 lbs. That's awesome! I am very excited about that, lol!!
I'm going to shoot for another -8lbs. This is asking a lot seeing as though Thanksgiving is right there nippin us at the heals, but I can do it

GOOD NEWS>>>>>This is my month...this month I should be the newest inhabitant of One-derland! I want to (and will) shoot higher than 5.5 lbs but I still can't wait to be there.
One of my biggest "issues" is the weekends. I use to do pretty good, but not so much recently. So my nutritional goal for November is to get through each weekend successfully without going over my calorie range.
Less than 6 days til my 1st 5k, still super excited!! I think this is going to be the longest...week...eva! Thanks for all the advice btw! I really appreciate it!!
So yeah, I got my groove back and I'm going to ROCK the month of November!
