... *ahem* Why, yes. Yes, I do.
I find lately whenever I tell someone my weight they are completely shocked. Yes, I weigh 190 lbs, but I still have at LEAST 30 more to lose before I think I'll be satisfied.
I'm not very tall (5'5-5'6"), but I have always had big breasts, a big bum, and wide hips. I think that my weight is distributed evenly on my body which is why maybe I don't look like I weigh as much as I do. I'm really not sure.
Anyway, I'm glad I met my goal weight for the month (192 lbs -weighed in this morning at 191.4), but I knew I could have done better. For some reason I partied a lot this month (trips to Calgary, Halloween, etc...) and that is never condusive to losing weight lol so it's totally my fault. I had also set up some specific goals for the month of October that I could have followed a lot more. The most important one that I will really try and focus on in November is drinking more water! Honestly. Water, water, water.
I have set up a weight loss goal of apprx. 6 lbs/month for myself which I think is very attainable. As long as I continue to eat well and clean 90-95% of the time, and exercise 5-6 days/week- I really should be okay! By the end of November my goal is 185 lbs. I haven't weighed that much/little in a long time, so I'm excited to ready to meet the challenge this month!
So basically there are a few things I need to remember/do for November:
- go out (drinking) less
- drink more water
- exercise 6 days a week (only take Sundays off)
- eat clean foods and dishes more
- limit bad carbs
