another month gone, i sure was doing great the first 1/2 of October, did the 5km Breast Cancer Run as a 2nd goal, it was a proud moment that I will not forget. Was doing great on the weight loss and having results shown but than last 2 weeks had some setbacks and wasn't in the mind frame and did emotional eating and mindless eating so now back at 159 lbs which sucks big time cuz i was 154 early in October.
Come to realization I will not see 145 by Dec. 31 so i will work towards 150 by Dec. 31, i just have to be realistic.
oh well cannot cry over spilt milk
challenges that are coming up for November, birthday on Nov. 12, going away to portland shopping and eating with a bunch of ladies, few birthday celebrations
How do i fight this and try to get back to 155.
1. 2 bootcamps a week
2 do 5km jog once or twice a week
3. watch portions, more fruit and veggies
4. more water
5. take control of my journey
6. keep an eye of the goal
7. keep postive
