Ghost in the email machine??

Anybody else experiencing "lost points" with emails?? I've had this happening for a few weeks and, when I write and ask, no real positive response (other than thanking me for signing up for emails and an assurance that they'll be sent?). It's odd as I even went through and re-clicked upon each email to see whether or not the points were applied. It said the usual, "you've already earned points for reading this emai," however, I may have earned the points, but they sure weren't posted to my account??

Just a a little frustrating and was wondering if anyone else has experienced this loss of points earned? Since I'm complaining, anybody else gone through all the quizzes and wondering, like me, when we'll get some new ones??

    I was having problems getting the e-mails, and with bookmarks disappearing too. I would sign up and get a few, then I would find the "never mail me again" mark checked. If your computer isn't at fault, the cure is to go to the "spark Points" column, and click on "sign up for e-mails" button. Then click on the emails available that day. After installing a new hard drive and making my eight year old XP machine into a brand new one (after a lot of updating of everything) it's faster than I can ever remember, and my mailbox isn't cluttered up with some extra messages every day. You don't have to delete the mesages after you read them, either.

    Yes, I've noticed a problem with points not awarded on e-mails this week. I seem to have this problem every once in a while, but I noticed it Friday (I think) or maybe Thursday. It's really frustrating because they say they added the points, but the total doesn't change.

    Just today, I began wondering about the points! I did not track my Saturday's fitness until today, but I did not get the retroactive points. I generally track my fitness the on the same day, but every now and then I post them retroactively. So lesson learned, I will track fitness every day. I have not noticed the points about email. Will keep you posted if the same occurs to me.
