Dreading tomorrow

all this candy around me I feel like a little kid on a field trip to the candy factory . Tomorrow is gonna be a challenge but I will pul through. Im sitting here looking at my daughter and mom walk around eating twizzlers and Im sitting here snacking on carrots. Maybe thats what I'l do tomorrow. Everytime I see myself reaching for that candy bar I'll reach and get asome fruit or vegetable instead. its easier to say then do but I know I have the willpower to do it. I wil let everyone knoe how I do this week. emoticon emoticon

    I am so ready to have the candy disappear from our house. Chocolate is all gone it's just all the other stuff left. Maybe I will slowly remove some from the container each day and one day the kids will see only 2 candies left and I will give the rest away without there knowing. Halloween is so fun but all the crap we get. Oi!

    It is hard to reframe our ways of thinking to include fruits and veggies as a reward...but if we take our head out of it and let our bodies talk, they would scream for all of the right things. So try to be a headless horseman on Halloween night!
And don't they sometimes call Twizzlers " licorice whips?!" Hmm...

    Oh no! Don't tell yourself you can't have it, because it will just make the cravings worse. Don't hesitate to have just a few pieces, just make sure you have lots of other good foods before so you'll be a bit more full and not want to keep eating them!

  I am glad that no one around me goes out trick or treating. I have a real weakness for candy. Just thinking about it makes me drool. So keep the self-control going - best of luck , I am sure if you have one or two it won't kill your diet.
