Week 6 of Virtual Walk~~~100 day challenge update

Well here I am going into week 7 of my virtual walk, this past week was not what I had hoped for, it seems my miles just were not there, and I walked..maybe I better check my pedometer, maybe the battery is not as strong and I need to change it..

Well anyway here is my data for week 6

So I am just wee bit disappointed in myself, I talked myself out of walking the bridge after work on Thursday, don't know why I did that, I had my change of clothes and everything, but it was just too easy..
It won't happen this week..promise to myself!

Today I am starting the week out good, I have already done a Leslie Sansone WAP and it was for 4 miles, so already I have that in for today, and I still have the whole day ahead of me to keep racking up steps!

Update on Challenge:
Days 20 and 21:
I need update my weight loss, I am still at 1 pound loss..I need to really kick up the exercise, need to find different things to do, I want to get back into my Zumba, but they moved where they were at and the room is much smaller now...grrrr..no room to move with the moves..maybe on Fridays..not as crowded, people are going out the family that day..better chance to squeeze in at least one day..I was hoping they would implement it for after work, they already have one class in the lunchroom; but it is for 5:15 (2 hours after my quit time and I have a 45 mintue commute home yet)..we are trying to get them to get one for 3:45 on Thursdays..gives us time to change clothes and go in for the class..I hope they get it going soon..should find out in the next week or 2!

Day 21 was a good day..I burned alot of calories cleaning the house and mopping all the floors..sometimes it is a real blessing to have tile in every room of your house, because you have to vaccuum it and mop it..real workout!
Went shopping and got all my fruit and veggies for work this week, as well as some more Greek yogurt, I have one of those every day..they are a bit more pricey, but I like them so much better, after eating them, the others are just too sweet for me.

My goals for upcoming week:
Walk bridge 2 days this week (no talking myself out of it)
Get in 1 extra glass of water each day
Get in 5 servings of fruit and veggies each day
Strength train 3-4 days of the week.

These all seem doable, so I should have no problem next week with miles on my virtual walk.

Get out there and make them happen..one day at a time, and just do YOUR very best each day and you will have success!
