Today is my last day of the four week stress busters challenge. I have never finished any of the challenges I've started on here before, sorry to say. In these four weeks I've learned alot about how to change my way of thinking and it's helped me alleviate some of the stress from my day to day life. The journaling really helps. I went back and read them all and can see, just from that alone a difference. A good experience and there are so many articles on this website that help. Eventually I'll read most of them and put them to use.
