20 pounds gone!

I started on June 29th at 176.4. With the help of phentermine I am now 156.8!
I had to take 2 weeks off the diet pills because the pills stopped working.
What I am doing to lose weight:
Carbs in the morning. Whole grain like oatmeal, and honey. A lot of meat. Steak, grilled chicken breast, or fish. Eggs. I try to not eat carbs except fresh or cooked vegetables in the afternoon and night. That's it! I am never hungry. I am not drinking as much wine as I was before!! I have wine maybe once or twice a week.
