I started on June 29th at 176.4. With the help of phentermine I am now 156.8!



I had to take 2 weeks off the diet pills because the pills stopped working.

What I am doing to lose weight:
Carbs in the morning. Whole grain like oatmeal, and honey. A lot of meat. Steak, grilled chicken breast, or fish. Eggs. I try to not eat carbs except fresh or cooked vegetables in the afternoon and night. That's it! I am never hungry. I am not drinking as much wine as I was before!! I have wine maybe once or twice a week.

    Yep, that's the Hearst Castle!! So far my heart has been okay. I see the doctor about 4 times a year.

When I first started taking Phentermine, my heart raced for a couple of days and I couldn't sleep. After that I was fine.

    Good job - I periodically feel tempted to take phentermine but afraid of the heart complications - glad it worked for you and hope your heart is OK

  Sounds like a very sound Atkins-Mediterranean hybrid. Neat.
Not so sure about the phentermine, though. How are your heart valves doing? Got an EKG lately?
(Is that Hearst Castle in the background?)
