Going To Make It A Great Week!

Last week I did not do that great, I thought. I did manage to loose weight which was great. I did not make a menue for the week and I think that makes a big difference. I am going to make my menu and grocery list today. Planning I know makes it a little easier.

They have closed the pool for the season at our apartments, so I will have to go check out our gym. The exercise is the hardest for me to get into. I just have to force myself to stick to a schedule. Hopefully, I can get into the swing of this and meet my teams challange every week for this leg.

So I am off to work on my menu and have a great week!

    Yes, a great way to start out the week - planning out meals and exercise. Find something you enjoy doing and try to put in exercise around that. BTW, that does not include donut arm curls or bench pressing turkey legs.

    Planning meals is a huge help (and time and money saver) for me. I know that it's sometimes really difficult to "get into" doing our exercise, it's so much easier when we are doing something we really enjoy doing. Then it feels more like fun and less like "I gotta do it" I really need to work on this, lol. Hope you can get your swimming done at the gym.

    emoticon great thinking Cindy you are right planning your meals for the week helps out alot. Sorry to hear they had to close the swimming pool but I hope you can get into the swing of exercising in a gym setting. By the way, we did well on our last Epic leg challenge and we are ready to keep up the good work. GO BBBs!
