Last week I did not do that great, I thought. I did manage to loose weight which was great. I did not make a menue for the week and I think that makes a big difference. I am going to make my menu and grocery list today. Planning I know makes it a little easier.
They have closed the pool for the season at our apartments, so I will have to go check out our gym. The exercise is the hardest for me to get into. I just have to force myself to stick to a schedule. Hopefully, I can get into the swing of this and meet my teams challange every week for this leg.
So I am off to work on my menu and have a great week!
