Seems like the weight is coming off a LOT slower now, but that's ok. I lost 3 lbs this week and I'm super happy! I am still constantly fighting with my mind about not needing as much food as I *think* I want. I'm definitely not starving myself either, though. I'm just more mindful about having a healthy snack and when to stop eating. I'm also only 1 week and 3 runs away from finishing the couch 2 5K program.
So... woohoo on finally accepting that slow and steady wins the race. I am not going to lose 100 lbs tomorrow and I've finally accepted that.
