Okay so 4 weeks ago I started body by Vi shakes and was only doing 1 shake a day. I was maintaining. So this week I uped my amount to two shakes a day. I have my cereal in the morning, shake for snack, shake for lunch with a protein bar, veggies snack in the afternoon and a regular healthy dinner then a last snack after a workout. It seems to be going well. The different recipes for the shakes are great and I am never bored or dissapointed. I love that they taste like cake and they are clean (no preservatives or additives). I have been looking at protein shakes for some time now since I don't eat enough calories. I usually eat 900 a day and I needed to get more in but didn't want to eat bad food or not clean food. So I thought this was a great way to get my calories up. Which this week I have been eating 1400. I have also felt better since there is amazing things in the drinks that help my body with everything it needs. I am also going to start taking vitamins to help increase weight loss and get that Vitamin D in me which seems to be always low. I am so happy I started these shakes that my mom started them too along with my husband and my best friend. I am hoping that by the end of this 90 day challenge I will have lost at least 10 pounds. Right now that is my goal. I have 1 pound down in 4 weeks but now that I am drinking it 2 times a day I am hoping it will fall off in the next few weeks. YEAH!!! By the way the hubby lost 6.6 pounds the first week he was on it and had to find his smaller jeans cuz he went down a size. MEN they always seem to lose fast then woman!!!!
