Working out with the leaves!

Today I woke up to a beautiful Fall morning here in SE Wisconsin with tons of leaves on the grass! I laid awake in bed for a while thinking of all the things I had planned for today (the first book club meeting, folding the laundry I’ve been working on for the past week, applying for new positions, paying bills, and dinner / bowling with friends this evening). But the priority item on the whole list was my workout.

The beauty in this morning is I got an outdoor workout done! Since being on Sparkpeople I’ve developed a positive image of exercising and no matter what is on my to do list I make time to work out; and each time my workout is over I feel GREAT.

Well it is 11:20 am, the leaves are raked, I’ve gotten breakfast in, the laundry is sorted, I’ve planned my meals for the evening so I won’t get off track and I’ve applied for 2 new positions. Slowly but surely I’ll complete each item on my list today! Happy Saturday … emoticon
