As of yesterday I recommit myself to the BLC challenge.
1. I will drink 8 glasses of water every day.
2. I will exercise for a minimum of 20 minutes 5 days a week.
3. I will keep track of my calories and stay within range every day.
4. I will limit the junk food in my house so I am not tempted to over indulge.
5. I will not get discouraged by the numbers on the scale. There are other ways to measure progress.
These five promises I make to myself to stay healthy and improve my overall well being.
