My first 5k:)

Last Sunday I did my first 5k!! It was only a 5k walk but it was very encouraging and made me want to get back on track to do the run next year. Until then I will up my fitness to meet my goals and even do more 5k's and even runs until then. It was such a motivating day and I will take that with me through this entire Spark journey/
