Goals to getting back on track:
(1) Eat healhier - DONE!
(2) Exercise - DONE!
So yesterday after fasting I ate my salad and then went home where my sister was already geared up for our 1 mile run. We decided to do it around the neighborhood rather than at the track which KICKED . OUR . BUTTS because there is a huge hill at the end of the .5 mile mark! But I put on some old school music and just danced my way around.... I'm sure that any of the neighbors looking out thought I looked ridiculous, but I didn't care. It was a great way to keep my spirits up in the freezing cold weather and to get a few extra calories burned.
I have heard of people dancing to work (which makes me think of Cameron Diaz in that movie "the sweetest thing"). Do you have any tricks to add a little umph to your workout?
Well you know I could write on here all day! But I better get to work :)
