So over the past 15 months or so, my body has not been responding to my usual routine. After much consideration, I've decided that I would try something totally different for me. Today was session number 3 of my HIIT routine recommended by a SF.
There is less than 10 weeks left in this year. I even braved a modified Tabata session yesterday. I'm hoping that this new routine helps to jump start the second half of my journey to a healthier lifestyle.
