HIIT...Something New for Me

So over the past 15 months or so, my body has not been responding to my usual routine. After much consideration, I've decided that I would try something totally different for me. Today was session number 3 of my HIIT routine recommended by a SF.

There is less than 10 weeks left in this year. I even braved a modified Tabata session yesterday. I'm hoping that this new routine helps to jump start the second half of my journey to a healthier lifestyle.

    Girl, you will DEFINITELY see results with HIIT! I did, which kept me motivated, now i'm just waiting on my achilles to heel (heal) to I can get back to it. Let me know how it goes! emoticon
