10.25 to walk/ jog a km this morning just about there I wanna do it in 10.
Been doing 1km morning and afternoon.
Started my yoga book last night had to modify 2 poses, my tummy was in the way, but I really enjoyed it.
I've been all over the place with food and of course stressing about it isn't helping, I came across the "No S Diet" yesterday so I've started it today so far so good, tonight will be the real test.
