This is going to be the toughest.......

Thing I have ever done.....
Getting back on track admitting I failed and messed up with out being defeated...
Admit that I gained 7 pounds while I was off track and finding a way to not let that beat me into the ground :(. Its sad when I think that I gained 7 the month I was off track instead of lost 7.. where e I could have been instead of where I am now :(.

I allowed my knee injury to take over and because I couldn't exercise I lost that and then lost everything else....

So I don't want this to be a sad blog post I want it to be motivational....

I have to find me again so I can start losing again.....

Thought I would check in on you... seems we both fell into a fall funk. I hope you're getting back on track with the new year. I am slowly trying myself... My fall was a DEEP one and I seriously was in a bad place but am working on geing positive and dusting myself off and moving forward. Its all we can do - keep our chins up and keep trying!

You are going to do this!
I see the determination in you, you have just taken that first step back, so just keep moving forward now from this moment on, success is yours, and that goal you dream of is going to happen.
Just do YOUR very best each day, and you will have success on this journey.
They say the first step to success is admitting where you went wrong, and you have taken that all important first step, now the rest will be easy from here on out~!
Just believe, because I believe in you!

Don't feel bad. I was already up 20 lbs when I hurt my back this summer. Now I have almost 40 to lose because I didn't get back on track soon enough.

You've made the first step by weighing and admitting that gain and now you can make that the end of the gain and the beginning of the loss! emoticon

The good news is that you are still trying. You'll lose those 7 and then some. I don't think there is a person one who has struggled with their weight that hasn't lost and gained. Last time I lost 85 I gained 40 back before I came to my senses. You are doing GREAT and will find yourself and your motivation to reach your goals. emoticon
