That's how I felt Tuesday afternoon after weigh in! I hadn't stepped on the scale for a week. I knew I had been eating correctly but I was anxious to see the weight loss for that week. I got to the gym to weigh in a little before 5. I went from 208 on the 18th to 200 on the 25th! 8 lbs!!! I signed up for a 3 month membership while I was there. Today is going to be my first day going. I'm actually really anxious to start going. I'm probably going to just use 4 machines today and rotate between them until I have my 3 sets done. After that is done I'm going to go to the church and work on getting some stuff done for our Fall Festival on Saturday. I hope all is going well for everybody!

    Congratulations on your loss. I found I can't lose unless I count calories in addition to exercise.

    Way to go! 8 lbs is huge! Don't be intimidated by the gym- I think it's a great idea to start with just a few machines and go from there.

    Congrats!! If those weights are on different scales don't be surprised if there's a difference between the scales.
