I started a Zumba class this week! First time taking it and guess what? I loved it! I really don't like aerobics and was very surprised how much I enjoyed this class. Of course, nothing moved like it was suppose to, but that's ok. I was sweating by the time I left and I felt great. Had to put some heat on my lower back when I got home, but by morning it was ok. I'm just not sure how to get my hips to move like the instructor's. We all want the coined belts (the instructor wore one) and have decided it might give the illusion that our hips are moving correctly. Anyway, we laughed a lot and had a great time. I am so happy to have discovered this.
Does anyone out there take Zumba? I would love to hear your experiences with it.
