This is really neat for me to see, I made my first attempt at a monthly water goal back in June. I remember thinking 'how am I going to drink all that water!' So I made my goal only 6 cups a day. Didn't make the goal that month so in July I decided to look at it a little differently.
I was being too critical of myself for every day in June that I didn't drink 6 cups; so in July I just focused on the goal for the month no matter how many I drank each day and I went past my July goal! (which was higher than June's)
Set Augusts higher than July and missed. Kept the same goal for Sept. and passed it. This month is the first month my goal equals an average of 8 cups a day (I am only 40 cups away from it). This past week I realized that to refill my cup as soon as it is empty and mark off on the water chart I keep on the refrigerator has become so much of a habit that I am surprised sometimes at how much I actually drank by the end of the day! This is so cool!
Next target... those elusive fruits and veggies. I love the new tracker for them on the nutrition page. It makes me want to see how many of them I can fill in. (right now I only get one a day)
