I got no sleep Sunday night. None. Between a really nasty loud thunderstorm and my dog freaking our from the same storm I was up all night. Getting through the day was a workout enough; getting to the gym was pretty impossible.
And then there was my calendar. Ugh.
So, SIDI round 2:
Monday: Rest (lots and lots of rest)
Tuesday: 1 hour cardio (somehow I managed to squeeze this in between work and my reading group).
Thurday: 1+ hour of cardio plus PiYo class. Yep, that's the big day
Friday: rest-ish. My hope is to go for a nice walk on my lunch hour--weather permitting
Saturday: I MUST go for a run this day. Ideally I would also like to get some weight training in but I am also going to the Michigan Football game, so a lot depends on how the day works out.
Sunday: Cardio and weights (if no weights on Saturday).
The lesson I have learned this week:
1. Get enough rest and don't drink coffee at 5 pm
2. Check work AND home calendars before writing out my SIDI.
