Day 2

Well, despite the cold in the air, I managed to go on a 3 mile walk. I even did some strength training too! I felt so ambitious that I thought about doing another walk when I came home from clinical prep, but with the amount of homework and dinner to make I decided that I really didn't have that much time. (I am taking a break from homework to write this as I wait for my snack to be complete)
I can not believe how energized I feel. I can't remember the last time I felt like this. I am so glad that I made the decision to take this wonderful journey.

After reviewing my nutrition, I do need to add in some more protein, but I did manage to stay in the zone everywhere else. Tomorrow will be the same. I just have to buy some nuts or something just for that little extra that I need.

Well, time to get back to homework! Thanks for listening

  This is my 3rd day and I feel the same way. I am completely motivated and hope that my momentum doesn't slow down after a few weeks. I wish you the best of luck on your journey.
